Request a Keeper
Sometimes you just get a keeper. If you can’t part with your item, you can request a keeper.
Identify which item you are interested in purchasing (including the SKU number found on your receipt) by submitting a completed form here. Via email we will share the keeper price for that item based on its retail value and current condition.
If you choose to purchase it, make payment online and we will transfer ownership over to you. Once payment is received, we will update your subscription, allowing you to make another selection as per your respective plan.
