We understand that playing can get out of hand. Some wear is to be expected and signs of gentle use is part of our library. 

If your toy loses its intended function, you can donate new toys to our library and we will call it even. Damage donations must meet our toy guidelines and be approved by our team to ensure your contribution fits in our line up. Once approved, ship back the damaged toy and we will ensure it gets recycled properly.
